Article 1: Who we are

Dailyshotsmedia ("we", "us", "our"), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90793609, located at Laan van het Surrealisme 36, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact details you provide yourself, such as name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message, when you fill in a contact form, our "what do you need" form, or otherwise reach out to us.
Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit the website, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location, insofar as this qualifies as personal data.
Marketing identifiers set via cookies once you have given consent, such as a click ID (fbclid) and an anonymous visitor ID, used to measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
Any personal data included in briefings, footage or materials you provide to us in the context of an assignment, which is additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions.
