Article 2: What personal data we collect
- Contact details you provide yourself, such as name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message, when you fill in a contact form, our "what do you need" form, or otherwise reach out to us.
- Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit the website, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location, insofar as this qualifies as personal data.
- Marketing identifiers set via cookies once you have given consent, such as a click ID (fbclid) and an anonymous visitor ID, used to measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
- Any personal data included in briefings, footage or materials you provide to us in the context of an assignment, which is additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Article 3: How we collect your data
- Directly from you, when you fill in a form, send an e-mail, message us on WhatsApp or otherwise contact us.
- Automatically, through cookies and comparable technologies. Non-essential cookies are only placed once you have given consent via the cookie banner.
Article 4: Why we process your data
We only process personal data where we have a valid legal basis under Article 6 GDPR to do so:
- To respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and perform an agreement with you.
- To run and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, once you have given consent.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as our bookkeeping and tax obligations.
- To protect our legitimate business interests, such as keeping the website secure and improving our services, provided this does not unduly affect your rights.
Article 5: Cookies and tracking technologies
- The website uses functional cookies that are necessary for it to work, and, only with your consent, marketing cookies used for advertising measurement.
- We use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This can involve sharing limited data, such as a hashed e-mail address or click ID, with Meta.
- You can give, change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage for this website.
- No marketing or measurement cookies are placed until you have actively given consent.
Article 6: Who we share your data with
- We only share personal data with third parties where necessary to run our business, and always under an appropriate agreement.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
- E-mail delivery: Resend, used to deliver messages submitted through our contact form.
- Advertising measurement: Meta Platforms, used once you have given consent.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Article 7: International transfers
- Some of the providers named above may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected.
Article 8: How long we keep your data
- Contact and enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless a longer period follows from an agreement or legal obligation.
- Invoicing and administrative data is kept for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law.
- Marketing identifiers set via cookies are kept for a limited period, generally no longer than 90 days, after which they expire automatically.
Article 9: Your rights under the GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- The right to have your data erased, where applicable.
- The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
- The right to data portability, where technically feasible.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or the supervisory authority in your own country.

- This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
